Prince George’s alternative job revealed ahead of future destiny as King – Royal News

Despite having his future set out for him, Prince George—the eldest son of the Prince and Princess of Wales—recently disclosed his alternate role, as reported.

A group of friends joined Prince William, Catherine, and their children for lunch at the Wiveton Hall Café in Holt, Norfolk, near the royal family’s country home, Anmer Hall.

George was shown the restaurant’s wood-fired pizza oven, and owner Desmond MacCarthy told Richard Eden of The Daily Mail what he said.

The 11-year-old royal reportedly said, “That’s what I want to do when I grow up!”

In July 2023, Prince George was spotted enjoying a slice of pizza while watching the Ashes cricket match at Lord’s Cricket Ground with his father, continuing the family tradition of eating pizza.

Both George and his sister Charlotte love making pizza dough, as Catherine mentioned in a post back in 2018. During a visit to Islington’s Community Garden in 2019, she shared that her favorite pizza topping is bacon.

In a show of appreciation for the mountain rescue volunteers at Dowlais Rugby Club, William and Catherine ordered twelve pizzas during their joint visit to Wales in 2023.

A glimpse into George’s future

In September 2022, the eldest son of the Prince and Princess of Wales became second-in-line to the throne after his great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, passed away.

William and Catherine are doing their best to keep George’s upbringing as ordinary as possible, even though his grandparents and parents are undoubtedly preparing him for his future responsibilities as King Charles.

George will probably wait until he is older and has completed his education before he becomes a full-time royal, according to Robert Hardman’s book King Charles III: The Inside Story.

“Whereas Charles III had his future mapped out without consultation, Prince William had a significant degree of autonomy in his choice of university education, his engagement with the armed forces and his introduction to regular royal duties,” he said. As he grows into his own royal role, he is adamant that Prince George should be just as involved, if not more so.

“An expert on Kensington Palace matters has stated that no royal responsibilities are likely to be enforced until George is well into his twenties “. Since he was obviously the youngest, William and Catherine wanted to make sure he was comfortable being a page before making him one at the coronation. He was actually quite interested.

Also, George has always been interested in planes. He took the tests to get into the school he will go to next year last year.

William told someone at a garden party at Buckingham Palace in May that his son George is a “potential pilot in the making” and that he took his first flying lesson over the summer.

With his strong desire to become a chef, Prince George’s unusual job goals are a break from royal tradition. The young royal princess wants to work as a cook before she becomes queen. This surprising pick could change what the royal family expects.
